Bikram Yoga was suggested to me by one of my sons teachers when talking one day about my ongoing problems with my neck as she suffered the same problems and said that doing Bikram Yoga was helping her. I had been going to the Osteopath regularly for the past 2 years and having regular acupuncture. I had also been diagnosed with depression.
